Getting engagement
Someone Fires your commentPer unique person — a Watercooler never costs you points.+2

Giving engagement
You vote on a poll, or Fire a thread or commentVoting/Firing your own content never earns anything.+1
Voting/Firing points are capped once you've earned them 20 times in a day — past that, voting still works exactly the same, it just stops adding points until tomorrow. Posting and getting votes back have no daily cap.
